Following a determination of 21 July 2005, ANACOM’s draft decision concerning conditions for the provision of bundled network line and traffic offerings at a single price by the companies of the PT Group was approved.
In addition to the cumulative requirements of the companies of the PT Group retail offers, this determination establishes the need of these companies to adapt to the applicable regulatory framework, in particular by fulfilling obligations involving cost orientation towards prices and non-discrimination. These companies must send ANACOM information on the accesses activated under the Subscriber Line Resale Offer (SLRO) before the end of August.
This determination has been submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, as well as to a general consultation procedure under the terms of article 8 of Law nº. 5/2004 of 10 February and consultation procedures approved by ANACOM, with a period of 30 working days having being set for this purpose. Comments should thus be received until the deadline of 7 September 2005 and may be sent, preferably by e-mail, to ofertasagregadas@anacom.pt.
