By determination of 13 April 2005, the decision on the alterations of prices to be introduced by PT Comunicações (PTC) in the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO) has been approved. These alterations shall be introduced by PTC within a 10-day time limit, and shall enter into force on the day the offer is altered and notified.
The report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 9 February 2005, is an integral part of this determination, and comprises the assessment of comments received, submitted by the following entities: Radiodifusão Portuguesa, Vodafone Portugal, TVI, OniTelecom, Tele2, Sonaecom and PT Comunicações.
