Declaration issued to Onitelecom, S.A. for the provision of nomadic use VOIP services

By order of 10 November 2009 and under the terms of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued to the company Onitelecom - Infocomunicações, S.A. authorising the provision of nomadic use Voice over Internet (VOIP) services.
