By determination of 31 March 2010, ANACOM has given approval to a draft decision on the unification into a single title of the conditions applicable to the exercise of the rights of use of frequencies allocated to Sonaecom, TMN and to Vodafone Portugal for the provision of the land mobile service, in accordance with GSM 900/1800 and UMTS technologies.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of these companies and to the general consultation procedure, both for a period of 20 working days. As such, comments should be received no later than 6 May 2010 and should preferably be sent by email to consulta.licencas.gsm-umts@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.licencas.gsm-umts@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the comments received will be published on this website. Accordingly respondents should clearly mark any items which are considered confidential.
