The next ANACOM seminar will be held on 15 April, at Lisbon's SANA Malhoa Hotel. The seminar will see the presentation on ''Mobile broadband - a substitute for fixed?'' by Wolfgang Feiel, director of the legal division of the Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH, RTR).
