Levels of quality provided by CTT (audit) - 2008 financial year

By determination of 31 March 2010, approval was given to the audit report, conducted by ANACOM, on the results of the verification carried out of the levels of quality of service offered by CTT - Correios de Portugal in the 2008 financial year, following the prior hearing of the company and its publication on the website of this Authority.  Approval was likewise given to the determinations and recommendations which set out to improve the system of monitoring the indicators of quality of service and CTT’s complaints handling system.
