ANACOM approved a final decision in the scope of the administrative settlement of a dispute between SONAECOM - Serviços de Comunicações and PT Comunicações (PTC), regarding compensation payments for non-compliance with levels of quality of service established in the reference unbundling offer (RUO) for response to requests to verify eligibility in 2006.
In accordance with the approved determination, it was generally decided to reject SONAECOM's requests.
The report of the prior hearing of interested parties on the respective draft decision, approved by determination of 16 April 2008, has also been approved.
