Public consultation on the plan for the switch-off

By determination of 15 April 2010, ANACOM, in compliance with paragraph 2 of Resolution of Council of Ministers No. 26/2009, published on 17 March, gave approval to the draft of the detailed plan for the cessation of terrestrial analogue transmissions (plan for the switch-off).

It was likewise decided to submit the draft decision to the prior hearing of PT Comunicações, Rádio e Televisão de Portugal (RTP), SIC - Sociedade Independente de Comunicação and TVI - Televisão Independente, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure for a period of 20 working days, as well as to the general consultation procedure provided for under article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications, whereby interested parties are given an equal period to respond.
