ANACOM has posted a link on its website to the website of CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) where this company has published the values of the quality indicators observed in 2009.
Under the terms of the Quality Convention of the Universal Postal Service, which establishes the minimum levels of quality of service associated with the provision of the universal postal service, CTT is required to publish, on its website, in the Official Journal (Diário da República) and in its postal establishments, the indicators of quality of service established under the terms of the Convention and the values verified in the previous civil years.
Under this Convention, CTT is required to inform ANACOM as to the URL where the values in question will be published, so that this Authority can divulge this information to users.
