By order issued in Case No. 2382/08.7BELSB, underway in the 3rd Unit of the Lisbon Administrative Circuit Court, to which are party, as plaintiff, TMN - Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais, S.A. and, as a defendant, ANACOM, this Authority was ordered to publish a notice summoning third parties to appear before the court and to present their challenge within the specified time limit.
The issue of this case is ANACOM's determination of 2 July 2008, approving the final decision on the specification of the price control obligation with respect to the wholesale market for voice call termination in individual mobile networks.
In accordance with this order, ANACOM shall publish a corresponding notice on this website.
