Martin Cave
Martin Cave is a Professor at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK. He is a regulatory economist specialising in the communications sector. He has written many academic articles in this area. He is co-author of 'Essentials of Modern Spectrum Management' (2007), and co-editor of 'The Handbook of Telecommunications Economics' (2002, 2005) and of the 'Oxford Handbook of Regulation' (2010). He has consulted for regulators in many member states and for the European Commission, and conducted a number of regulatory reviews for the UK government, including two into spectrum issues.
