Following the presentation by CTT - Correios de Portugal, of the report with overall results of measures implemented in 2007 to compensate users in general for the failure to achieve the indicators of quality of service in 2006, approval was granted to this Authority's report on the evaluation of overall results of such measures.
ANACOM's report reaches the general conclusion that the degree of achievement of measures implemented by CTT in 2007 meets the objectives set out by this Authority as far as the value of benefits for users is concerned.
CTT was heard on the identification of elements in ANACOM's report which were deemed confidential, the respective public version being now published.
