ANACOM has released the latest statistical information on the use of the electronic forms of ANACOM services.
In 2007, use of these forms grew by 19.4 per cent over the year before, with the number of forms increasing from 1,457 in 2006 to 1,741 in 2007.
According to this latest data, in 2007, 1,741 electronic forms were submitted in respect of ANACOM services, through ANACOM’s online services, representing around 27 per cent of the total of 6,385 submissions made to these types of services. The most commonly used forms were those in respect of ITED - Infra-estruturas de Telecomunicações em Edifícios (Telecommunications infrastructure in buildings) and Citizen's Band (CB), corresponding respectively to around 38 and 58 per cent of the total received in 2007.
