The European Commission (EC) adopted, on 6 December 2007, decision 2007/804/EC, which amends decision 2002/627/EC of 29 July establishing the European Regulators Group for Electronic Communications Networks and Services.
This amendment replaces the annex to this decision listing the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) responsible for overseeing the functioning of the market of electronic communications services and networks. The amendments reflect the entry of Bulgaria and Romania into the European Union (EU) and the alteration introduced by certain Member States of the EU in respect of the designations or remits of their respective NRAs.
