By determination of 16 April 2008, ANACOM has approved a draft decision in the scope of the administrative settlement of a dispute between SONAECOM and PTC, regarding compensation payments for non-compliance with levels of quality of service established in the reference unbundling offer (RUO) for response to requests to verify eligibility in 2006, which provides in general terms for the rejection of applications.
The prior hearing of interested parties has been launched, pursuant the Code of Administrative Procedure, SONAECOM and PTC having been given a 10-working-day deadline to assess the matter in writing.
