Audit made in respect of universal postal service provision


ANACOM  has given approval to the report on the quality system of the universal postal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal, with respect to 2004. This report follows an audit, promoted by ANACOM and performed by an independent body, of CTT's quality of service indicators (QSI) and complaints system.

As a result of this audit, ANACOM issued CTT with determinations and recommendations with a view to improving the respective systems for monitoring quality of service indicators and handling complaints.

This determination, adopted on 7 November 2007, follows the corresponding draft decision of 29 August 2007.

In the meantime, the corresponding Notice, is to be published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Special Section).
