By determination of 27 May 2010, ANACOM approved a draft decision on statistical indicators to be sent on a quarterly basis by high-speed network operators and service providers.
According to this draft decision, operators/providers must submit this information on a regular basis as from the 2nd quarter of 2010 (inclusively). In cases where the information is not immediately available, operators/service providers must submit estimates of values under consideration, indicating assumptions used for the respective calculation, as well as the final information by the quarter following closure of the company's accounts relating to the financial year concerned by the statistics.
ANACOM aims generally to gather indicators on cabled housing and buildings, broken down by network configuration, market segment and municipality, as well as on customers, broken down by market segment and municipality.
