By determination of 14.05.2010, on the ''Draft decision on the application for intervention lodged by Radiomovel, for access or interconnection of its shared resources mobile service network with those held by PTC, SONAECOM, TMN and VODAFONE'', interested parties were given a period of 10 working days to submit their observations on such draft decision, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
Following several applications for extension of the above-mentioned prior hearing deadline, by determination taken today, please be advised that the referred deadline has been extended for a further 10 days, as of this date - 2 June 2010.
