In the case before the Tribunal Administrativo de Círculo de Lisboa (Lisbon Administrative Court), between PT Comunicações S.A., the plaintiff, and ANACOM, the defendant, an order has been issued which determines upon this Authority that it publishes where appropriate a notice summoning interested parties to appear before the court and to present their challenge within the specified time limit.
In these proceedings, the plaintiff seeks annulment of the determination of the Board of Directors of ANACOM of 17 May 2007, on the specific conditions provided to retired people and pensioners in the scope of the universal service.
In accordance with the referred order, the correspondent Notice is hereby published in this website, and it shall likewise be displayed at ANACOM's public attendance services.
