ANACOM has approved a draft regulation, including the respective statement of reasons, of the public tender for the granting of a right of use for frequencies of a national scope, for the provision of a publicly available terrestrial mobile service (TMS) in the 450-470 MHz band.
This draft regulation has been submitted to the regulatory procedure provided for in ANACOM's Statutes, as well as to the general consultation procedure provided for in The Electronic Communications Law, having been set for this purpose a 30-working-day time limit.
Interested parties may submit their comments to ANACOM, up to 12 May 2008, in writing, either to ANACOM or electronically to concurso-smt@anacom.pt. Comments expressly marked as confidential by respondents will not be included in the publication of results.
