The online version has been published of the questionnaire from Ecorys Research and Consulting which aims to gather opinions on the needs of customers in respect of the postal service. This questionnaire forms part of a study which Ecorys is carrying out at the request of the European Commission (EC) on developments in the European postal sector during the period 2006-2008.
Responses to the questionnaire should be submitted by 31 May 2008, as indicated.
