All interested parties may request clarification of queries arising from the interpretation of any of the documents included in the public tender processes, opened on 26 February, for the allocation of frequency usage rights for the provision DTT – the Mux A Tender and the Mux B to F Tender.
Such requests for clarification may be submitted by 2 April 2008, being 15 days before the deadline for delivering tender applications, and should be addressed, in writing, to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANACOM, with it being clearly identified which tender each request refer to. The presentation of these requests, which must be in writing, may only be made in one of the following ways: delivery to the registered offices of ANACOM at Avenida José Malhoa, 12, in Lisbon, on working days from 9am to 4pm, in exchange for a receipt giving proof of delivery; or by sending a registered letter, with notice of reception to the same address.
All requests for clarification, as well as the respective answers, will be included in a book which may be consulted by interest parties at ANACOM’s registered office, on all working days from 9am to 4pm, with the same information made available on this website.
