ANACOM has launched a questionnaire for operators of electronic communications, with the aim of compiling statistical information on bundled offers – offers that include two or more services but which have a single, combined tariff and a single bill.
This questionnaire follows a request from the European Commission for data on a number of statistical indicators, made as part of its preparation of the 13th report on the implementation of the regulatory framework for electronic communications. These indictors include information that ANACOM does not regulatory collect on the subscription to bundled services.
The information received will be combined to provide an answer to the Commission’s request, and may also be published in combined form by ANACOM.
The questionnaire is available on this site and should be sent to ANACOM by email to dee.stats@anacom.pt, by 10 September 2007. Any queries can also be addressed to ANACOM at this email.
