Extinction of the obligation to provide statistical information on mobile services switching centres

By determination of 17 June 2010, ANACOM has decided to extinguish the obligation to provide on a regular basis statistical information on mobile services concerning mobile services switching centres (embedded in points 4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.n and 6.1 of Form G. Network Infrastructures) approved by determination of 8 July 2009, without prejudice to the reporting obligations which arise from the current legal and regulatory framework.

It was also decided not to submit this decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, under paragraph 2b) of article 103 of the Administrative Procedure Code, as the procedure leads to the adoption of a decision which is favourable for those concerned.
