Meeting in Helsinki on 27 and 28 May 2010, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) approved a number of documents for publication, including, upon request of the European Commission, an Opinion to the Draft Recommendation on regulated access to Next Generation Access Networks (NGA) of 28 April 2010. This is the first opinion formally sought from BEREC in the context of the new European regulatory framework for electronic communications.
