ANACOM has decided, on 7 February, to add grounds to the ruling set out in paragraph 2 of point III of determination of 3 October 2007, on the method for a margin squeeze assessment of broadband offers provided by PT Group - 1:50 contention offers.
In fact, this Authority acknowledged, following an application by PT Comunicações to suspend the operation and challenge that determination, that underlying grounds to the ruling needed to be clarified.
