The European Commission has published an explanatory leaflet on its website about the regulation on roaming services on public mobile telephone networks, as published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 29 June 2007.
The leaflet provides a clear explanation of the changes brought by the regulation and sets out what consumers need to know, including information on roaming costs, the Eurotariff and the obligations of operators.
