ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision on the alterations to be adopted by PTC within the scope of the 2007 reference interconnection offer (RIO 2007) and of the leased lines reference offer (LLRO).
This determination, of 14 June 2007, sets out the alteration, by PTC and within a period of no more than 10 working days following notification of the final decision, to the 2007 RIO, with the effect of introducing a range of alterations, in the most part connected to prices. Likewise, it is set out that, within the same period, modification shall be made to the LLRO, in respect of the interconnection conditions inside the exchanges of PTC.
Interested parties are given ten working days to issue written responses to this draft decision.
