The results have been announced of the online vote for the eTEN Project of the Year 2007, held between 21 December 2007 and 21 January 2008 to find the best project of this community programme.
The winner - Helping Answers Decision Service (HANDS) - is an on-line communication service designed to facilitate and ameliorate communication between citizens and Public Bodies. Second and third places were respectively awarded to the projects eBooks on Demand (EOD / DoD) and EUropean PAYment circuit (EU Pay).
