ANACOM has approved a decision on collocation procedures in the scope of the Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), aiming to promote greater efficiency, reliability and predictability of the associated process.
This determination, dated 6 June 2006, compels PT Comunicações (PTC) to amend the reference unbundling offer (RUO), laying down a set of rules concerning the supply of new modules and the procedure for resolution of faults in loops.
This determination integrates also the report of the prior hearing of interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 12 April 2007, having been received comments from PTC, OniTelecom, Sonaecom and Vodafone Portugal.
