By determination of 14 December 2006, ANACOM approved the draft decision on collocation procedures in the scope of the Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), to implement measures which were imposed following the assessment of the wholesale unbundled access market.
This determination establishes that PT Comunicações (PTC) must amend the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO), taking into consideration a set of issues which aim to reduce constraints hindering the swift provision of conditions for the collocation of equipment or enlargement of modules engaged by operators and service providers, thus harming the development of alternative offers and, ultimately, end-users.
Interested parties may assess the issue in writing within a 15-working-day deadline, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
