Consumer Support - ANACOM publishes satisfaction questionnaire


Following the launch of the area of Consumer Support in its website at the beginning of 2010, ANACOM is now launching a satisfaction questionnaire aiming to gather opinions from users or future interested users of the available information therein.

The area of Consumer Support is specifically customized to respond to the needs of the users, relating to the combined results of experience being consolidated by this Authority regarding complaint processing and information requests by users of communication services, and by the general public.

We appreciate the collaboration of everyone who will make themselves available to this effect, which is essential to improving performance of the functions assigned to the regulator on the users’ protection of communications service and of the citizens in general.
