ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the values of the quality of service indicators made by CTT in 2006.
Approved on 19 April 2007, this determination sets out the application of a 1% deduction to the weighted average variation of the prices of services reserved to CTT, authorised for 2007. At the same time it was determined that CTT shall submit to ANACOM, within a period of 20 working days following the notification date of the final determination, a proposed price list for reserved services in accordance with the applied deduction. This proposal shall also state when the new tariffs are to come into force, which shall not be prior to 20 working days following ANACOM’s receipt of this proposal.
This draft decision has been submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, who may, within a period of 10 days, submit their responses to the respective content.
