By determination of 1 July 2010, ANACOM approved an amendment to the universal postal service price Convention, of 10 July 2008, after hearing the Direcção-Geral do Consumidor and representative consumer organisations. This amendment was signed in the meantime by this Authority and by CTT - Correios de Portugal on 9 July 2010.
The amendment concerns point l) of article 3 of the Convention, as regards the CPI (Consumer Price Index) adjustment factor.
