ANACOM has decided to issue redesigned titles of rights to use frequencies for the operation of fixed wireless access (FWA) systems allocated to the following companies: AR Telecom, Novis Telecom, Onitelecom, Vodafone Portugal, WTS, PT Comunicações and Broadnet Portugal.
This decision was approved on 23 November 2006, integrating the report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties, within the scope of determination of 23 February 2006, which assesses contributions received from Grupo SGC (on behalf of AR Telecom and WTS), Novis Telecom, Onitelecom, PT Comunicações and Vodafone Portugal.
