By determinations of 16 November 2006, ANACOM has determined that providers of leased lines services and broadband Internet access services must submit, by 31 December 2006, the range of statistical data for 2003, 2004 and 2005. This is decision is complementary to the determinations of 2 November 2006, on the range of statistical data to be submitted every year by providers of leased lines services and broadband internet access services, for the purposes of the definition of relevant markets and significant market power assessment.
