By determination of 9 November 2006, ANACOM has decided not to grant the request of CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to deduct records directly affected by the strike carried out by the company’s workers on 28 April 2006, for the purposes of the calculation of quality of service indicators defined in the Universal Postal Service Quality Convention.
