Updated statistical information regarding the use of ANACOM services’ electronic forms is already available on this website.
The use of this kind of forms grew about 88.9% in 2006, almost doubling their use regarding the previous year, from 771 forms in 2005 to 1457 in 2006.
According to the data now released, 1,457 electronic forms regarding ANACOM’s services were received in 2006 through the Online Attendance, standing for about 14 per cent of all requests received at ANACOM concerning this type of services, which reached 10,748. Among the electronic forms received, those regarding Telecommunications Infrastructures in Buildings and the Citizens’ Band stood out, with about 48 and 47 per cent of all electronic forms received, respectively.
