The presentation by ANACOM Director José Ferrari Careto at the “Regulation and Structural Issues” conference is now available. The presentation contains a generic approach to the regulatory actions framing the electronic communications market, including an update on is maturity and effectiveness. This conference was organized by the Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações (APDC - Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications), on 24 October 2006, at Centro Cultural de Belém, in Lisbon.
