Decree-Law no. 201/2006, of 27 October, amending the Organic Law of the XVII Constitutional Government, has been published.
This amendment owes mainly to the need to update the Organic Law of the Government in order to better reflect the new structure of the State's Central Administration, following the implementation of the General Government Restructuring Programme (PRACE - Programa de Reestruturação da Administração Central do Estado).
