The work ''Inefficiency in Provisioning Interconnected Communication Networks'' was presented today at the latest in the series of ANACOM seminars, held at 3.30pm at the SANA Malhoa Hotel, in Lisbon.
The work, which was authored by Pedro Ferreira of the University of California, Berkeley and Marvin Sirbu, of Carnegie Mellon University, together with its presentation is also available online at ''The Inefficiency of Markets for Provisioning Communication Networks''.
