In the context of the 900 and 1800 MHz spectrum refarming, ANACOM decided, by determination of 8 July 2010, to unify into a single title the conditions applicable to the exercise of the rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus, TMN and to Vodafone Portugal for the provision of the land mobile service (GSM and UMTS).
Simultaneously, ANACOM approved the report of the prior hearing and of the general consultation procedure to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, which was assessed by the following entities: Associação dos Operadores de Telecomunicações (APRITEL), Qualcomm Europe Inc., Radiomóvel, Sonaecom (OPTIMUS), TMN and Vodafone Portugal.
