ANACOM has approved a decision on the conditions for the inclusion of accesses to the integrated services digital network (ISDN) in the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) reference proposal.
This measure, dated 15 March 2007, determines that the companies of the PT Group must amend, within 10 working days, the referred reference proposal, namely as regards the following aspects: maximum price limit for SLRO activation, which, in case of ISDN accesses, shall correspond to the SLRO activation price, and in case of analogue accesses, of the pre-selection activation price; maximum SLRO monthly charges; parameters, levels of quality of service and penalties for non-compliance; and associated procedures.
This determination integrates the report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties, to which the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 8 February 2007, was submitted.
