ANACOM has approved the alterations to be introduced in the Reference Conduit Access Offer (RCAO) of PT Comunicações. This measure, issued on 15 March 2007, determined on PTC that it modified and published the RCAO accordingly, within 10 working days. Alterations under consideration concern the monthly charge for space occupation and the definition of excess cable length.
This determination integrates the report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties, to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, further to the approval of determination of 4 January 2007.
