ANACOM has published the Clarification communicated to PT Comunicações (PTC) on 4 October 2006, over the suspension of the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) as a result of the subscriber being in payment default and the temporary suspension of the service. Furthermore PTC has been asked to alter the SLRO reference proposal accordingly.
