The executive summary of the study ''The Inefficiency of Markets for Provisioning Communication Networks'' has now been published. This study, which was authored by Pedro Ferreira, of the UMIC - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento, I.P. (Knowledge Society Agency), will be presented at the next ANACOM seminar, taking place at 3.30p.m on 28 March, at the SANA Malhoa Hotel, Lisbon.
Participation is open to all but pre-registration is required by sending an email to seminarios@anacom.pt.
