ANACOM has decided to renew the rights of frequency use granted to TMN - Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais for the provision of mobile telephone services with the GSM digital system, in the scope of determination of 28 February 2007.
By determination of 21 December 2006, this Authority had decided to renew the rights of frequency use granted to TMN, for a 15-year period, the ending date thus being 16 March 2022. However, the draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of TMN, and the procedure has now been concluded.
