As regulator of the electronic communications and postal sectors and as part of its assignments, ANACOM has sent a contribution to the Consumer Institute concerning its Consumer code preliminary project and specifically about the standard precepts that exist in these sectors.
Since March 2005, and for a period of 120 days, the Consumer code preliminary project has been subject to public hearings. Citizens, companies and consumer associations along with any other interested parties have been invited to send their comments on the document.
