Alteration of the universal postal service quality convention (prior hearing)

Upon deliberation of 15 July 2010, ANACOM decided to submit to prior hearing of the representatives of the consumers organizations and of the Directorate General for the Consumer (Direcção-Geral do Consumidor), a  project of alteration to the Universal postal service quality convention, pursuant to article 17 of Law no. 102/99, of 26 July, as amended by Decree-Law no. 116/2003, of 12 June, and of article no. 2.º of  Law no. 23/96, of 26 July, amended by Law no. 12/2008, of 26 February.
