Update of the technical specifications of radio interfaces

By determination of 01 July 2010 and following the observations issued by the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Commission, ANACOM has approved the final text on updating the technical specifications of radio interfaces referred to in Article 30 of Decree-Law No. 192/2000 of 18 August.

In compliance with the provisions of Decree-Law No 58/2000 of 18 April, the final text of the technical rule was referred to the IPQ - Instituto Português da Qualidade (Portuguese Quality Institute), for the purposes of notification to the European Commission with a view to its approval.
